Mr. Waite has more than two decades of experience building and operating physical and informational infrastructure for companies and institutions of all sizes, from the US Department of State, to the Disney Corporation, to early-stage startups.

Mr. Waite’s broad and diverse professional experience allows him to quickly learn and analyze complex systems and situations, identify problems and inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.

Mr. Waite joined Hagen Global in 2022 to help our Clients achieve their goals in the areas of strategic planning, managing and mitigating risk, defining disaster recovery programs, improving production efficiency, and implementing compliance frameworks.
